Service information

Clear expectations. Personal care.

Please review these details before requesting a visit or applying for membership.

Requests and confirmation

An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment, clinical advice or a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Exact service, time, availability and fees are confirmed personally. Online concerns are not monitored as an emergency channel.

House-call scope

SinaVet’s initial model is outpatient care inside the client’s residence. A vehicle is used for transportation of the veterinarian and supplies, not treatment. Controlled drugs, euthanasia, patient transport, surgery, radiography and hospitalization are outside the initial offering.

Each service depends on clinical suitability and operational readiness. Referrals are made when a hospital setting is indicated.

Estimates and membership

Starting prices are indicative for the listed scope. An individual estimate is confirmed before care. Membership begins only after acceptance and a separate written agreement describing benefits, communication hours, charges, cancellation and renewal. No payment, recurring charge or membership commitment is created by an inquiry.

Prescription choice

Florida law gives veterinary clients the option to receive a written prescription to fill at a pharmacy of their choice, or to have it filled at the veterinary establishment if the establishment is able to fill it. This choice is documented during clinical care.

Medical decisions and follow-up

A home visit or video evaluation may lead to a recommendation for diagnostic testing, hospital evaluation or referral. Treatment is not guaranteed and clinical outcomes cannot be promised. Follow-up plans, contingency instructions and authorized contact details are confirmed during the clinical encounter.
