Why choose a SinaVet membership?
Membership creates a continuing, doctor-led relationship around your enrolled pets, planned reviews and household preferences. It is designed for families who value a familiar veterinarian, organized care and personal coordination. Enrollment is reviewed against location and capacity. Your agreement explains included visits, contact hours and scheduling expectations before you commit.
Do I pay again for an included visit?
The stated consultation for an included membership visit is covered by your agreement. Diagnostics, vaccines, medications and other excluded services may still be charged separately. Appointments beyond your listed inclusions are separately billed. We explain how your benefits apply and confirm an estimate before additional care is authorized.
Can I request care without joining?
Yes. You may request a house call or a Florida video consultation without a membership. Your request is reviewed for clinical suitability, service area and availability.
What does a visit cost?
A comprehensive new-household onboarding visit starts at $750. An established routine home examination starts at $495. Stable sick-pet consultations start at $695 and senior or complex health reviews at $895. Florida video evaluations are $195 for a member follow-up, $295 for a member’s new concern and $495 for a nonmember evaluation. Diagnostics, medications, vaccines, additional pets and travel are quoted separately.
Is this an emergency service?
No. SinaVet provides planned outpatient house calls and clinically appropriate video evaluations. For breathing difficulty, collapse, active seizures, suspected poisoning, inability to urinate or another emergency, contact an emergency veterinary hospital immediately. Do not wait for an online reply.
Are appointments instantly confirmed?
No. A request is reviewed personally. SinaVet confirms the service, estimate, arrival window and availability with you before an appointment is booked.
Does membership guarantee immediate or 24/7 care?
No. Communication hours, response expectations and appointment arrangements are agreed during enrollment. Membership does not guarantee same-day attendance, round-the-clock replies or emergency coverage. If your pet needs immediate care, contact an emergency hospital rather than waiting for a response.
What is included in membership?
Each tier has a written household scope, communication hours, response expectations and listed visit benefits. Medical care outside those specific inclusions, including diagnostics, medication, vaccines and hospital fees, is estimated separately. Membership is not pet insurance.
Can my assistant or estate manager coordinate?
Yes, with your authorization. The inquiry lets you identify who should coordinate. Before care, SinaVet confirms who may receive information, approve estimates and make medical decisions. Please do not enter gate codes or alarm information in the online form.
How is my household’s privacy respected?
Client names, pet photographs, homes and visit details are not published without express permission. Access and security instructions are shared through an agreed private channel after confirmation. Enhanced confidentiality arrangements may be discussed during onboarding; necessary veterinary or legally required disclosures still apply.
What if we travel or use more than one residence?
We can discuss organized health summaries, current medication lists and record coordination with your receiving veterinarian. Additional residences require individual scope and route review. Treatment and prescribing depend on the veterinarian’s licensure, the patient’s location and clinical suitability.
Can a video consultation replace an examination?
A live audiovisual evaluation may be appropriate when the veterinarian can adequately assess your pet. Some concerns and prescriptions require an in-person examination. A web form, text or audio-only call does not establish the initial veterinary relationship. Your pet must be in Florida during the consultation.
What care is available at home?
House-call scope is confirmed for each patient. Wellness, appropriate stable sick-pet evaluations, senior-care planning and follow-up may be suitable. Radiography, anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, hospitalization and emergency monitoring require a suitable facility.
Do you provide travel certificates?
Travel planning can begin with your destination and dates. Official certificates are arranged only when the required examination, accreditation, state authorization and destination-specific workflow are in place. Government, laboratory and airline fees are separate.
