What the inquiry collects
The website asks for your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, pet’s name and species, general visit concern, preferred date or time window, household coordinator, contact preference, pet-comfort notes and membership interest. Please avoid sending your own health information, payment details, gate codes or full medical records in this initial form.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to assess service coverage, respond to your request, coordinate scheduling and discuss an estimate. It is stored for review by authorized practice personnel. The inquiry form is not an electronic medical record.
Confirmed clinical care is documented separately. Records are shared with other veterinary providers when authorized or legally required. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to display public testimonials.
Communications and access
Submitting an inquiry permits SinaVet to respond about that request by your supplied contact method. It does not enroll you in marketing or a paid membership. Optional third-party communication services may process contact details to deliver requested messages.
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, contact info@sinavets.com or 305-337-1333. Medical records may need to be retained for the legally required period.
Payments and other websites
This website does not collect card numbers. Any future payment is made through a separately identified secure payment provider after an estimate is accepted. External website privacy practices may differ.
