Additional consultations, tests, vaccines, medications, procedures and outside hospital or specialist care. Travel and residence access charges are confirmed separately when applicable.
Why is there a visit fee as well as a membership?
Membership supports your continuing relationship and the benefits listed in your agreement. A separately billed appointment covers clinical care outside those inclusions. If a visit is included in your membership, its stated consultation is covered; tests, medications and other excluded services remain separate. Before confirming care, we explain how your benefits apply and provide an estimate for additional services.
Membership is not insurance or unlimited treatment. Priority and response arrangements apply within agreed availability; enrollment does not guarantee immediate attendance or continuous emergency coverage.

Comprehensive new-household onboarding starts at $750. It includes an in-home history and examination, available record review, medication and nutrition reconciliation, and written care priorities.
We explain whether onboarding is covered by your chosen agreement or billed separately before confirmation. Included consultations and additional clinical services are identified in your estimate.
