A single point of coordination
With your written authorization, SinaVet can work with your personal assistant, estate manager, family office or pet caregiver to arrange visits and communicate agreed information. We confirm who may authorize treatment, receive medical information and approve charges.
Privacy in practice
We do not publish a client’s name, pet’s photograph, home or visit details without express permission. Photo authorization is separate from medical consent. Residence instructions and security information are requested only through the agreed private channel.
An enhanced confidentiality agreement can be discussed during onboarding. Information may still need to be shared with authorized veterinary providers or where disclosure is required by law.
Care across seasons and households
A clear health summary, current medication list and coordinated records can help maintain continuity when your family travels or lives between residences. Veterinary treatment and prescribing across jurisdictions depend on the treating veterinarian’s licensure and the patient’s location.
Multi-pet household visits
Request a private estate veterinary block to review several pets together. We plan the visit length, enrolled pets, individual examinations and estimate in advance.
When you are away
During onboarding, identify the caregiver who will be with your pets, the person authorized to make medical decisions and the contact who may approve charges. We can agree how summaries and follow-up instructions reach the right people, so your household does not have to reconstruct the plan while you travel.
Care at another residence is subject to location, licensure and availability. An emergency requires immediate hospital care; household coordination does not replace continuous supervision or emergency coverage.
